PowerRide started from Kids Zone, our family-run ride-on toy sales and repair shop in Gurgaon. After 18+ months of helping hundreds of families fix their kids' ride-on toys, we realized one thing: parents shouldn't have to lug heavy battery cars across town for a simple repair.
So we built a pickup and drop service. You call us, we come to you, fix the toy at our workshop, and bring it back. Simple.

PowerRide provides repair and maintenance services for kids' battery-operated ride-on toys, including but not limited to ride-on cars, bikes, scooters, and similar battery-powered toys. All repairs are performed at our workshop facility.
We offer free pickup and delivery within select areas of Delhi-NCR including Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, and Ghaziabad. Pickup and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and demand.
We provide a free diagnosis of the issue. A cost estimate will be shared with you before any repair work begins. Work will only proceed after your approval of the estimate.
All repairs come with a service warranty. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will fix it at no additional cost. The warranty covers only the specific repair performed and does not extend to unrelated issues.
We use genuine and high-quality compatible spare parts. The type of part used will be communicated during the estimate stage.
Payment is due upon delivery of the repaired toy. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers.
PowerRide takes reasonable care of all toys in our possession. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, cosmetic wear, or issues unrelated to the repair performed.
When you contact us via phone or WhatsApp, we may collect your name, phone number, address (for pickup/delivery), and details about the toy requiring repair.
Your information is used solely to provide our repair and pickup/delivery services. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to any third parties.
We store your contact details only for the purpose of completing your repair order and for follow-up warranty support. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp.
We may take before-and-after photos of repairs for quality documentation. These may be used on our website or social media with your consent. Let us know if you prefer your photos not to be shared publicly.
If the same issue recurs within the warranty period after a repair, we will re-repair it at no additional charge.
If we are unable to repair your toy after diagnosis and you have not approved any paid repair work, no charges apply. If a repair does not resolve the original issue within the warranty period, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.
